    I work with you throughout your pregnancy to help you prepare for birth. We’ll touch on all the things you want to feel confident in and more!

  • Childbirth Class

    Coming upon your third trimester we will get together for the ultimate childbirth prep class. Hands on and household ready for birth!

  • Birth Day

    I am there for you! The moment we have been preparing for. You can expect me to be there during the duration of your birth and afterwards.

Birth Doula Services

This package is perfect for any and all women. The first time mother who is unsure how, what type of birth she wants to have. The seasoned mom with 3 children already and values the added support. The VBAC+ mom or planned C-Section mom wanting a doula as well. If you’re a woman who plans on having that baby any kind of way looking for added support this doula gotcha covered!

  • 1st Consultation:

    • Discuss birth desires and prior experience, create a birthing plan, address concerns, and ensure a comfortable fit.

    • Emphasize the importance of client comfort in allowing support for the intimate birthing moment.

    2nd Consultation:

    • Provide a tentative birthing plan, practice comfort movements, and receive updates on the pregnancy progress.

    • Offer ongoing support and the option for additional meetings to discuss topics such as dietary needs, home preparation, and breastfeeding support.

    Continued Support:

    • Offer flexibility for additional meetings as desired.

    • Cover extensive topics including dietary needs, home preparation, and breastfeeding support.

    • Prepare for birth through birth plan and affirmation creation.

    Available Communication:

    • Available for calls/texts from 21 weeks onward.

    • Provide 24/7 on-call support from 38 weeks of gestation until the baby is due.

    DURING BIRTH

    Continuous Labor Support:

    • Provide continuous support throughout the entire duration of labor.

    • Available to monitor, assist, or actively participate based on your needs and preferences.

    • Advocacy and Communication:

    • Remind and advocate for your desired birthing experience.

    • Explain and keep you updated on any medical changes or procedures that may arise during labor.

    Comfort Measures:

    • Offer hands-on comfort measures as desired for pain relief and emotional support.

    • Coach and support family members on how they can actively engage and assist you during the labor process.

    POSTPARTUM PERIOD:

    • Schedule at least one in-person postpartum consultation when you're ready.

    • Within the first week postpartum, establish a desired time for a check-in to ensure your well-being and see the baby.

    Extended Availability:

    • Provide ongoing support via phone/text for at least 6 weeks after the baby's birth.

    • Emphasize the importance of continued availability due to potential physical and mental changes, expressing commitment to the established relationship.

postpartum Doula Services

The perfect way to help transition into your home with your newborn while also being catered to. Allowing yourself and your partner to rest, heal, and rejuvenate .

Both packages include same quality of care designed to help mom and baby transition home while having the much needed support to help guide the home into peaceful environment.

    • Breastfeeding / Lactation / Newborn feeding support

    • Assist with baby wearing

    • Assist with organizing home to make it as functional as can be for you and baby.

    • Assist watching siblings, listen and educate on their new sibling.

    • Support while mother naps, showers, need’s a moment to herself or with other children.

    • Discuss birth outlook and screen for possible postpartum anxiety and more.

    • Help create a nurturing and quiet environment in the home.

    • Discuss sleeping arrangements and how to get enough sleep at night.

    • Help prepare easy nutritional meal plan for family.

    • Answer any questions & provide additional resources if needed.

    • Having meditative talks amongst ourself and with your partner to help reconnect during the transition.

    • Once meal plan established - I can cook meals for mother/family as needed.

    • Continue to assist in self-care journey.

    • Assist with belly binding

    • Taylor made light workout plan that can be implemented when ready

  • 3 days

    • 4 hour visits within first 2 weeks

  • 6 days

    • 4 hour visits within first 4 weeks

Investment: Day time:
$40Hr / (4 hr minimum)

Virtual Doula Services

If you are currently pregnant or about to give birth soon and would like virtual doula services, please reach out and let me know. I know that many are impacted by finances and hospital policies at the moment. I will work with you and we will figure things out together!

    • Free 30 minute initial consultation - Google meet, or phone.

    • 2 Prenatal meetings - discuss about your past pregnancies, current pregnancy desires and the options that you have during bump, birth and beyond.

    • Assist creating a birth plan

    • Assist creating your own Birth affirmations - if needed

    • Talk about comfort measures and ways to stay active during pregnancy (if no restrictions of course!)

    • Talk about breastfeeding and infant diet care options

    • Educate on the stages of labor and ways we can prepare you for it

    • I will be available via phone/text in regards to your pregnancy starting from 21 weeks - 6 weeks after birth

    • 24/7 on call support from 38 weeks until your baby is born

    Availability during labor

    • Advise on birth options while answering questions that may arise.

    • Open line of communication with you and any support person there in person.

    2 Postpartum meetings

    • Touch on your birth story and questions that you may have.

    • Provide breastfeeding support answering questions and provide local resource that may be able to assist

Welcome Meeting

We get the opportunity to meet somewhere locally (or virtually) to lay eyes on one another and set our intentions for moving forward together.

Birth Planning

We’ll have meetings together where I’ll come over and get us ready for birth. We’ll look at your birthing options, wants, and prep for the big day!

Birth Day

The big day is here! You’ll have me for the duration of your labor experience. I will stay with you until the baby has arrived and you both are well. Visiting a few times to check up on your family the weeks afterwards.
